Chris possessed the best qualities of an effective director at Cutwater. He was an excellent manager and planner and displayed a thorough understanding of investment accounting and systems within the organization. He was universally recognized by the traders and back-office as the authority within the company for all questions related to these areas and was absolutely key to accurate and timely financial and management reporting responsibilities within the department.
Two final aspects of Chris' value as a director must be mentioned to provide a comprehensive understanding of his importance to both myself and the company. He is constantly devising methods to improve internal process and system efficiencies for his areas of responsibility. He is also a pleasure to work with. I constantly sought and valued his input for department projects and he always provided valuable insight and suggestions to plan and complete the assignments. I unreservedly recommend Chris for positions of expanding responsibilities.
